Job description
The Manager – Talent Development & Employee Engagement at DHCM in Dubai is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive programs that drive employee growth, build a positive work culture, and ensure a strong talent pipeline. The role leads learning and development initiatives, including training needs analysis (TNI/TNA), workshops, e-learning, and on-the-job training, while overseeing program evaluation and impact assessment. The position manages leadership development programs, succession planning frameworks, and high-potential employee development plans aligned with business goals. It drives employee engagement and wellbeing programs, analyzing employee feedback and engagement survey results to inform strategies for continuous improvement. Additionally, the role partners with Talent Acquisition to support recruitment processes and provide leadership continuity. With 8–15 years of HR experience, the role requires expertise in L&D, talent management, succession planning, project management, and strong analytical and communication skills to foster a high-performing and engaged workforce.

Key responsibilities
- Design and manage the end-to-end employee learning journey, from training needs analysis (TNI/TNA) to program evaluation and impact assessment
- Oversee the implementation of learning and development initiatives including workshops, e-learning platforms, and on-the-job training programs
- Lead coordination and logistics for training activities ensuring seamless participant experience
- Develop and implement leadership development programs for current and future leaders
- Manage the succession planning framework for critical roles, including identification and development of high-potential employees
- Collaborate with business leaders to align talent strategies with long-term business goals
- Lead planning and execution of employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives
- Analyze employee feedback and engagement survey results to design actionable improvement strategies
- Champion company culture through programs that resonate with employee needs and expectations
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure consistent, high-quality recruitment processes
- Provide direct leadership and support to Talent Acquisition during critical periods
Experience & skills
- 8–15 years of experience in Human Resources with strong focus on learning and development, talent management, or related field
- Proven experience designing and delivering training programs
- Proven track record in leading employee engagement initiatives
- Exceptional project management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills to interpret training and engagement survey data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Bachelor's Degree is required
