Job description
The Oracle EPM Track Lead role is responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery, governance, and support of Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Cloud solutions within large-scale technology and business transformation programs. The position requires deep functional expertise across Oracle EPM Cloud modules combined with track-level ownership to ensure successful implementation, optimization, and long-term support of EPM solutions aligned with business strategy and financial objectives. The role encompasses full lifecycle accountability for Oracle EPM Cloud, including Planning (PBCS / EPBCS), Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS), Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS), and Narrative Reporting. The Track Lead translates complex business and finance requirements into scalable, future-ready EPM solutions, defines and enforces EPM best practices, standards, and governance frameworks, and ensures alignment with financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, reporting, and compliance requirements. The role acts as the primary owner of the EPM track, managing scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables, while coordinating with program management, other functional track leads, and technical teams. Responsibilities include leading functional workshops, design walkthroughs, solution approval sessions, reviewing and approving functional designs, configurations, test plans, and deployment artifacts, and ensuring adherence to program governance, quality standards, and SLAs. Post-go-live, the role oversees support, issue resolution, system optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives, while supporting month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial cycles. The position also serves as the primary client-facing contact for EPM-related communications, provides mentoring and guidance to junior consultants, and ensures effective knowledge transfer and documentation throughout the project lifecycle within complex, multi-entity, multi-currency, and global finance environments.
