Job description
The Sales Executive role at TruKKer focuses on driving revenue growth within the logistics and freight ecosystem in Dammam by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and managing client accounts. TruKKer operates as the Middle East’s first and largest on-demand truck aggregator, leveraging technology to standardize, digitize, and optimize the fragmented transport and logistics market. The role involves achieving assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets, maintaining accurate records of leads and opportunities within a CRM system, and collaborating closely with Operations and Customer Success teams to ensure consistent service quality. The position contributes market intelligence and competitor analysis to management, supports TruKKer’s technology-driven logistics solutions, and plays a direct role in expanding market presence and customer adoption within Saudi Arabia’s logistics sector.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the logistics and freight ecosystem
- Build, manage, and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and structured account management
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets in alignment with company objectives
- Collaborate with Operations and Customer Success teams to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction
- Provide market insights and competitor analysis to support management decision-making
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, sales opportunities, and activities within the CRM system
Experience & skills
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or an equivalent discipline
- Demonstrate a minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably within logistics or freight sectors
- Demonstrate a proven track record of achieving or exceeding defined sales targets
- Demonstrate fluency in English with Arabic language proficiency preferred
- Demonstrate ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while coordinating with multiple departments
