Job description
Transguard Workforce Solutions is recruiting a Multimedia Content Creator for their client based in Dubai. This role involves supporting the Brand and Marketing team by producing high-quality visual and multimedia content for internal and external communications. The specialist will handle the end-to-end production of photos, videos, podcasts, and promotional materials, optimized for various platforms including social media, print, and outdoor channels. The role demands strong technical and creative skills, ensuring brand consistency and delivering engaging content aligned with provided storylines and campaign objectives.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Capture and edit high-quality photos and videos for various channels, including corporate events, campaigns, and social media.
- Create short-form video content optimized for social media platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Edit and produce polished multimedia content, including promotional videos, podcasts, and interviews.
- Ensure all content is formatted and optimized for intended platforms (digital, social, print, or outdoor).
- Provide on-site photography and videography for internal and external events.
- Assist with live-streaming and real-time content creation for major events and announcements.
- Develop high-quality visual assets for marketing collateral such as EDMs, banners, posters, and outdoor branding materials.
- Produce content adhering to brand guidelines, ensuring consistency and quality across all channels.
- Translate provided concepts and storylines into engaging social media visuals and videos.
- Ensure timely content delivery for campaigns, promotions, and evergreen posts.
- Operate and maintain professional-grade photography, videography, and editing equipment.
- Manage a digital library of multimedia assets for easy access and reuse.
Experience & skills
- Advanced photography and videography skills with a strong portfolio showcasing corporate events, short-form video, and social content.
- Expertise in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop, and Audition.
- Strong understanding of content specifications and best practices for social media platforms like TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Exceptional attention to detail and proven ability to deliver high-quality content consistently.
- Proficiency in producing print and digital marketing assets, ensuring optimal quality for offline and online channels.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience working in corporate or financial services environments.
- Familiarity with UAE cultural nuances and understanding of local audience preferences.
- Knowledge of podcast editing and audio production is a plus.
