Job description
The Organizational Design Specialist is responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing organizational structures, roles, and workflows to align with strategic business goals within the Executive Sector in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on enhancing operational efficiency, clarifying roles, optimizing talent utilization, and ensuring organizational agility through workforce planning, process improvement, and change initiatives. The position involves defining and implementing organizational structures and operating models aligned with business strategy and operational frameworks, conducting strategic analysis of organizational data to identify inefficiencies, workforce gaps, and restructuring opportunities, and providing insights to support evidence-based organizational decisions. The specialist facilitates change management initiatives by supporting leadership during transitions, minimizing disruption, and promoting a high-performance culture. The role also requires designing scalable organizational frameworks that accommodate growth and evolving business needs without requiring complete structural overhauls, translating high-level strategies into measurable operational objectives for business units, and aligning departmental performance targets with overall organizational goals. Additionally, the role includes creating organizational charts and visual representations of company structures, developing functional tools for decision-making beyond directory purposes, and supporting workforce transformation initiatives. The position requires proficiency in Microsoft Excel, experience with HRIS systems such as SAP, Oracle, or other compensation and HR management software, strong analytical capabilities, and in-depth knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and local market trends. The role also requires native Arabic proficiency and excellent English communication skills across reading, writing, and speaking.

Key responsibilities
- Define and implement organizational structures and operating models aligned with business strategy while ensuring alignment between business objectives and operational frameworks
- Analyze organizational data to identify inefficiencies, workforce gaps, restructuring opportunities, and provide evidence-based recommendations for organizational decision-making
- Facilitate change management initiatives by supporting leadership during organizational transitions, minimizing operational disruption, and promoting high-performance culture adoption
- Design scalable organizational frameworks and operating models that accommodate business growth and evolving organizational requirements without requiring structural overhauls
- Translate strategic objectives into measurable operational goals for business units and align departmental performance targets with organizational strategy
- Create organizational charts and visual representations of company structure and develop functional tools that support leadership decision-making
- Support workforce planning initiatives, process improvement efforts, and workforce transformation programs across the organization
- Collaborate with business units, HR leadership, and stakeholders to optimize organizational design, roles, responsibilities, and reporting structures
Experience & skills
- Hold Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Demonstrate 3–6+ years of experience in HR, organizational design, consulting, workforce transformation, or HR management
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel for organizational data analysis and reporting
- Possess experience with HRIS systems including SAP, Oracle, or other compensation and HR management software
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and understanding of local labor market trends
- Demonstrate experience in organizational design, workforce planning, operating model design, and process improvement initiatives
- Demonstrate ability to support change management initiatives and organizational restructuring programs
- Demonstrate Arabic native proficiency and excellent English communication skills including reading, writing, and speaking
