Job description
The GTM Marketing and Communications Manager for TMEA is responsible for leading and executing B2B marketing and communications strategy across UAE, KSA, and broader regional markets, specifically focused on sectors such as Energy, Oil & Gas, Metals, and Mining. This role involves delivering multi-channel marketing activities including digital campaigns, events, PR, content production, press releases, website maintenance, and social media execution. The manager will develop regional marketing strategies aligned with global go-to-market objectives, manage budgets, oversee analytics and reporting through marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms, and use insights to optimize campaigns. Responsibilities include shaping messaging and thought leadership content, coordinating business development activities, and ensuring seamless execution through collaboration with internal teams, external partners, and senior stakeholders. The role requires leading a small team, coaching and mentoring talent, and ensuring all marketing outputs support brand positioning, business development, and measurable commercial impact across the TMEA region.

Key responsibilities
- Lead and oversee B2B marketing and communications strategy for TMEA markets with focus on UAE and KSA
- Support multi-channel marketing activities including content production, press releases, event support, website maintenance, and social media
- Develop and execute regional marketing strategies aligned with global GTM objectives
- Lead digital, PR, social, and event-based campaigns to support business development and brand positioning
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure ROI and timely delivery
- Coach and mentor team members to support growth and performance
- Collaborate with leadership to shape messaging and thought leadership content
- Oversee analytics and reporting using insights to optimize campaigns and refine strategy
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution
Experience & skills
- 7–10 years of B2B marketing experience ideally in consulting, services, or agency environments
- Strong knowledge of TMEA markets and the Chemicals/Petrochemicals sectors
- Proven ability to develop and implement marketing strategies that drive measurable impact
- Leadership experience managing teams and influencing senior stakeholders
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills; Arabic highly preferred
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms
- Highly organized, independent, and results-driven with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
