Job description
The Account Executive role at Shipa Delivery supports the account management function by coordinating with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day delivery operations. Shipa Delivery is an online logistics platform operating across the GCC that enables businesses and consumers to send and receive parcels using on-demand, same-day, next-day, and cross-border delivery services. The company’s technology stack includes mobile applications, online business dashboards, and GPS-based real-time parcel tracking, offering integrated solutions to streamline last-mile logistics and automate delivery management for business customers. This junior-level position is designed for candidates with 0–2 years of experience and focuses on customer communication, internal coordination, documentation, and basic reporting. The Account Executive works closely with operations, finance, and support teams to ensure service execution aligns with company processes and service standards, while supporting senior account team members and maintaining accurate customer records. The role is based on-site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is exclusively for Saudi nationals.

Key responsibilities
- Support assigned customer accounts by assisting with daily account coordination and operational follow-up.
- Communicate with customers to understand service requirements and provide updates on delivery status and operations.
- Coordinate with internal teams including operations, finance, and support to ensure smooth execution of delivery services.
- Follow up on service-related issues and support their timely resolution in line with service standards.
- Maintain accurate customer data, records, and documentation within company systems.
- Assist in preparing basic operational and account reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Ensure adherence to company processes, procedures, and delivery service standards.
- Support senior account team members in ongoing account management activities.
Experience & skills
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- Possess 0–2 years of experience in account management, customer service, or operations.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel for basic reporting tasks.
- Exhibit experience or exposure to customer coordination and cross-functional collaboration.
- Be eligible as a Saudi national for on-site employment in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
