Job description
The role oversees strategic enterprise and government client accounts within Inception AIâs large-scale AI deployment program across Abu Dhabiâs Government, Education and State-Owned Enterprise sectors. It requires managing relationships with key stakeholders, driving commercial growth through upselling, cross-selling, and adoption of AI solutions, and serving as the trusted advisor between clients and Inception AI. Responsibilities include developing account strategies, leading renewals and contract negotiations, monitoring delivery progress and KPIs, maintaining CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot, ensuring SLA compliance, tracking revenue, invoicing, and budgets, and leveraging data-driven insights for optimizing engagement and commercial performance. The role operates within a hybrid work arrangement and supports delivery of AI, SaaS, and digital transformation solutions as part of the G42 ecosystemâs applied AI initiatives.

Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned enterprise and government accounts
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders and decision-makers
- Conduct account health checks and feedback sessions to anticipate needs and mitigate risks
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to expand solution adoption
- Develop tailored account strategies to increase revenue and client utilization
- Collaborate with product and delivery teams to position new AI solutions
- Lead commercial discussions, renewals, expansions, and contract negotiations
- Develop account plans aligned with client goals and organizational strategy
- Monitor project delivery, adoption metrics, and performance KPIs
- Partner with delivery teams to resolve issues and maintain delivery excellence
- Own commercial performance and profitability for assigned accounts
- Track revenue, invoicing, budgets, and payment cycles
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and SLAs
- Deliver reports on account performance, pipeline, and risk management
- Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize engagement and commercial performance
- Maintain accurate CRM records for client interactions and opportunities
Experience & skills
- Hold a bachelorâs or masterâs degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field
- Bring 8â12 years of experience in account management, client services, or enterprise sales
- Demonstrate a track record in cross-selling, upselling, and achieving revenue targets
- Show strong stakeholder management, relationship-building, and communication skills
- Possess experience with AI, SaaS, or digital transformation programs
- Demonstrate proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot and sales analytics
- Operate with a client-centric, commercially minded approach focused on value-based selling
