Job description
Oliver Wyman is seeking a Senior Lead Inclusion & Culture for the India Middle East and Africa (IMEA) region, based in Dubai. The role will lead initiatives to foster an inclusive, high-performance culture, enhance employee wellbeing, and align regional strategies with global priorities. It involves creating long-term strategic plans, managing a team, and implementing change management initiatives that support a diverse and engaging workplace environment.

Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute the IMEA Regional Inclusion & Culture Strategy.
- Design and implement initiatives based on IMEA-specific cultural and legislative contexts.
- Foster inclusive behaviours and build psychological safety across the region.
- Engage with senior leadership to address challenges and drive engagement and retention.
- Conduct regular culture and engagement assessments and track progress.
- Ensure alignment with Oliver Wyman's global People strategy.
- Define KPIs for initiatives to monitor progress.
- Serve as a thought leader in inclusion and culture, staying abreast of trends such as neurodiversity, Gen Z, AI, flexible working, and gender diversity.
- Deliver executive-level presentations and reports.
- Act as the go-to person in IMEA for Inclusion, Culture, and Wellbeing topics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate culture initiatives across the employee experience.
- Champion cultural sensitivity and empathy in organizational decision-making.
- Support training programs that build awareness of diverse backgrounds and experiences.
- Streamline workflows related to inclusion and culture.
- Implement effective change management strategies across the region.
- Measure program effectiveness and refine strategies accordingly.
- Provide operational and analytical support to executive leadership.
- Prepare and deliver executive documents and summaries.
- Lead a team with clear objectives, performance management, and mentorship.
- Align regional work with the global Inclusion & Culture community.
Experience & skills
- Bachelorās degree or equivalent.
- 10+ years of experience in strategic leadership, change management, or consulting.
- Proven expertise in inclusion, belonging, culture management, and wellbeing.
- Understanding of the IMEA regionās cultural and organizational dynamics.
- Analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
- Strong ability to build consensus and adapt communication styles.
- Effective communication with senior leadership.
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities while meeting deadlines.
- Demonstrated ownership and accountability for outcomes.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Curiosity to experiment with AI and technology in change initiatives.
