Job description
The Services Sales Account Director for Boeing Global Services is responsible for planning, developing, and managing competitive aerospace services sales campaigns across the Middle East and Africa. The role focuses on proactively driving sales activities with key customers, both nationally and internationally, ensuring alignment with the Long Range Business Plan (LRBP) and regional objectives. The position involves integrating multiple aspects of customer needs, negotiating with senior decision-makers, and delivering business growth with acceptable margins. The Director leverages comprehensive knowledge of Boeing products, services, operations, and competitor landscape to create strategic sales campaigns, monitor KPIs, and ensure the successful execution of proposals. The position requires coordination of internal and external stakeholders, packaging Boeing and industry products into complete solutions, maintaining long-term customer relationships, and identifying future business opportunities to drive portfolio value and competitive advantage. The role also supports senior leadership in aligning customer strategies with regional business goals and contributes to the development of proposals, campaigns, and sales strategies.

Key responsibilities
- Lead the approval process by advocating customer requirements and selling business cases to management to ensure quality deals while balancing enterprise, business unit, and customer goals
- Lead negotiations and finalize commitments with customer decision-makers and influencers, ensuring mutual benefit and alignment with Boeing resources
- Drive sales and campaign activities by integrating customer needs, crafting campaign strategies, procuring resources, and monitoring project status and budgets
- Research, review, and analyze competitor products and services to develop strategic insights, advance campaign activity, and improve Boeing's competitive position
- Initiate and advance customer relationships, acting as a trusted business partner, and coordinate internal and external resources to develop comprehensive solutions
- Lead proposal preparation by developing themes, discriminators, and team composition; ensure compliance, competitiveness, and alignment with customer requirements
- Develop business growth strategies using in-depth understanding of customer needs, Boeing products, services, and regional objectives, ensuring alignment with LRBP and country strategies
- Maintain and advance long-term customer relationships, identifying future business opportunities, promoting Boeing portfolio value, and providing consultative support to help customers achieve objectives
Experience & skills
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in selling or purchasing aerospace services
- Minimum of 2 years of experience collaborating with senior and executive leadership
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a relevant field
- Preferred minimum of 2 years in aerospace services sales or purchasing
- Preferred minimum of 3 years collaborating with senior/executive leadership
- Preferred minimum of 3 years working with multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Preferred minimum of 2 years experience in airline operations
- Ability to travel internationally up to 25% or more of work time
- Eligibility for one-way relocation and employment visa sponsorship in Dubai
