Job description
Tabby, the largest and fastest-growing FinTech in the GCC, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead its BNPL checkout experience, post-purchase journey, and repayments monetization strategy. The role involves scaling a high-volume BNPL product, driving customer-centric product development, and ensuring alignment with Tabbyâs growth goals. Youâll collaborate with engineering, marketing, data science, and leadership to deliver innovative, data-driven solutions that delight customers and strengthen partner growth.

Key responsibilities
- Lead the scaling of a high-volume BNPL product with a focus on strategy and execution
- Drive customer-centric product development using insights from customer cohorts
- Utilize A/B testing and experimentation frameworks to validate hypotheses
- Analyze customer segments, derive insights, and optimize product offerings
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define, track, and achieve product KPIs
- Own the product roadmap ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs
- Leverage metrics and data analysis to identify trends and improvement areas
- Communicate product updates and strategies effectively to cross-functional teams and leadership
Experience & skills
- 4+ years of product management experience, preferably in scaling high-volume, consumer-facing products
- Strong analytical skills with experience in customer segmentation, LTV analysis, and A/B testing
- Passion for building customer-centric products
- Proven ability to independently lead cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with experimentation tools, analytics platforms, and product design frameworks
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
