Job description
The Director - Residential Sales at Qiddiya Investment Company is responsible for leading the residential sales division and driving the sales strategy for residential properties, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya’s vision to deliver a world-class lifestyle destination. The role includes developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies, building and managing a high-performing sales team, establishing relationships with key clients, real estate agents, and industry partners, creating compelling sales propositions, optimizing sales processes, and enhancing customer satisfaction. The Director will analyze customer data, market trends, and competitive landscapes to inform decision-making, collaborate with marketing, design, and development teams to develop effective messaging and promotional materials, drive initiatives to improve customer loyalty, prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior management, and represent Qiddiya at industry events to enhance brand recognition and credibility.

- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies and plans for residential offerings aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the residential sales team to ensure high levels of performance, motivation, and achievement of sales targets.
- Identify, cultivate, and maintain relationships with potential buyers, real estate agents, and industry stakeholders to expand the client base and drive sales.
- Analyze customer data, market trends, and competitive landscapes to inform sales strategies, optimize processes, and enhance decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, design, and development teams to create compelling messaging, promotional materials, and sales propositions.
- Drive initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction, fostering long-term loyalty, and ensuring a customer-focused approach throughout the sales cycle.
- Prepare, present, and monitor sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior management for informed decision-making.
- Represent Qiddiya at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand recognition, credibility, and strategic partnerships.
Experience & skills
- Obtain a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Demonstrate 15+ years of relevant experience in residential sales with a proven track record of leading and managing high-performing sales teams.
- Possess strong knowledge of the residential real estate market, sales processes, and industry best practices.
- Exhibit exceptional leadership, communication, interpersonal, and team management skills.
- Demonstrate ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive sales performance and customer engagement.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools to optimize sales processes and decision-making.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage customer and market data for strategic planning and performance improvement.
- Maintain a customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and building long-term client relationships.
