Job description
The Analyst, Land & Stakeholder Management at ROSHN supports the logistical and operational needs of the stakeholder team, ensuring efficient coordination of meetings, event planning, team communication, and administrative processes. This role collaborates with internal stakeholders to define requirements, provides logistical support, tracks activity progress, and ensures regulatory compliance across operations. The Analyst assists in venue booking, documentation management, and reporting, while safeguarding sensitive materials. The role includes technical responsibilities such as identifying deviations in masterplan design relative to authority requirements and documenting them in a comment resolution sheet (CRS). The position requires familiarity with the masterplan approval process and proficiency in tools like Power BI and OPA-developed forms. Candidates should hold a bachelorās degree in Architecture, Industrial & System Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, and have experience in stakeholder coordination within a regulatory and real estate context.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of corporate facilities in the Stakeholder Management function
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand scope requirements and provide support
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards
- Coordinate internal resources and ensure timely delivery of tasks
- Monitor and track progress of stakeholder management activities
- Report progress and escalate issues to management as needed
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders
- Identify and book suitable venues for events in a timely manner
- Create and maintain comprehensive administrative documentation
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive materials and project content
- Develop spreadsheets, presentations, OPA developed forms, Power BI dashboards, diagrams, and process maps
- Report deviations in Master Plan designs from authority regulations and document them in the CRS
- Perform other duties under the Land & Stakeholder Management scope as assigned
Experience & skills
- Hold a bachelor's degree in Architecture, Industrial & System Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Demonstrate proven experience in corporate stakeholder management
- Show strong knowledge of management principles and authorities' regulations and standards
- Be familiar with the Masterplan Approval Process
- Possess technical proficiency in tools such as Power BI, spreadsheets, and process mapping
