The Senior Cash Management Sales Manager is responsible for driving growth of Cash Management and Mashreq Neo Corp business across Bahrain and Kuwait. The role focuses on expanding deposits, managing CASA balances, growing time deposits, and strengthening the bank’s liability base while collaborating with corporate banking teams.

Key responsibilities
- Drive growth of Cash Management and Neo Corp business in Bahrain and Kuwait
- Increase CASA balances and optimize float management
- Expand liability wallet and maintain healthy Advance-to-Deposit Ratio (ADR)
- Manage and grow time deposits portfolio
- Collaborate with Corporate Banking team to achieve revenue targets
- Develop and maintain strong corporate client relationships
- Identify new business opportunities and cross-selling initiatives
- Monitor performance against revenue and growth targets
- Prepare client proposals and solution presentations
- Ensure compliance with internal banking policies and regulatory requirements
Experience & skills
- Strong experience in cash management or corporate banking sales
- Proven track record in liability and deposit growth
- Experience managing corporate client portfolios
- Strong knowledge of banking products and treasury solutions
- Excellent relationship management skills
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Ability to work across multiple markets (Bahrain and Kuwait)
