Job description
Sales Development Representative (SDR) responsible for generating and qualifying new business opportunities to support sales pipeline growth and revenue objectives at LAWAZEM. The role focuses on outbound and inbound lead generation through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach. The SDR qualifies leads by understanding customer needs and aligning them with appropriate solutions, ensuring only high-potential prospects are passed to the sales team. The role includes scheduling meetings and product demonstrations for account executives, maintaining accurate CRM records of customer interactions, and collaborating with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation strategies. The SDR is also responsible for staying updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to improve outreach effectiveness. The position requires strong communication skills, high motivation, and the ability to meet or exceed lead generation targets in a fast-paced sales environment. Fluency in Arabic and English is required to engage effectively with regional and international prospects.
