Job description
The Manager â Privilege Clients Group at First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB), based in Al Qurm Business Park, Abu Dhabi, is responsible for supporting the growth, onboarding, and maintenance of large client account portfolios within the Personal, Wealth & Business Banking division. The role involves managing day-to-day banking requirements of PCG clients, driving customer satisfaction (NPS), supporting business origination by developing documentation like Term Sheets and Mandates, and contributing to client pitches. The manager is expected to collaborate across product, credit, and international banking teams, and ensure compliance with KYC, AML, internal audit, ORM, and regulatory requirements. Additional responsibilities include managing documentation, pipeline reporting, credit reviews, and client file maintenance, while ensuring high-quality service and risk management. The role also entails leadership and participation in unit-wide initiatives and training for professional development. Candidates should possess strong communication, analytical, financial modeling, and relationship management skills, with 3â5 yearsâ experience in corporate or investment banking.

Key responsibilities
- Support onboarding of new PCG clients and maintain existing client portfolios
- Assist in the development of Term Sheets, Mandates, and Information Memorandums
- Support pitch and negotiation efforts with potential clients
- Manage day-to-day client banking requirements in coordination with team members
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and meet targeted NPS scores

Experience & skills
- Hold a Bachelorâs degree in Finance or a related discipline
- Have 3â5 years of experience in corporate and/or investment banking
- Demonstrate basic knowledge of the corporate and investment banking sector
- Understand FABâs product offerings and business strategy
- Exhibit strong relationship management and stakeholder collaboration skills
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Show analytical capabilities in researching and financial statement analysis
- Have strong data analysis and financial modeling skills
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Demonstrate adaptability and the ability to work under pressure
