The Data & AI Consultant at Accenture Song in Dubai specializes in applying advanced analytics, AI, and machine learning to solve marketing and business challenges. This role combines technical data science expertise with strategic marketing consulting, enabling clients to drive customer engagement, improve personalization, and optimize ROI through AI-powered solutions. The consultant works with cross-functional teams, translating business goals into actionable AI strategies and implementing models that provide measurable business value.

Key responsibilities
- Partner with clients to understand business goals in marketing, customer experience, and digital transformation.
- Translate marketing and business challenges into AI and data-driven solutions including segmentation, recommendation engines, predictive analytics, and customer lifetime value models.
- Develop implementation roadmaps for AI-driven marketing initiatives to improve personalization, targeting, and campaign performance.
- Design, build, and deploy AI/ML models for marketing use cases such as churn prediction, lead scoring, NLP sentiment analysis, and dynamic pricing.
- Work with structured and unstructured data to extract insights informing brand, product, and digital strategies.
- Assess and integrate marketing technology platforms (CRM, CDP, marketing automation tools) with data pipelines and AI solutions.
- Explore and apply Agentic AI frameworks to enable autonomous decision-making and workflow orchestration in marketing.
- Deliver advanced marketing analytics including campaign effectiveness, attribution modeling, and customer journey analysis.
- Develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate actionable insights to marketing and leadership teams.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, leading workshops and training sessions on AI in marketing and sharing best practices.
- Stay updated with emerging AI, analytics, and marketing technology trends and recommend strategic opportunities for adoption.
Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Marketing Analytics, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in AI, data analytics, or marketing analytics consulting roles.
- Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks and tools (Python, R, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent).
- Experience with marketing technology platforms, CRM, CDP, and marketing automation integration.
- Strong knowledge of marketing analytics, predictive modeling, and customer segmentation.
- Ability to translate complex technical insights into business-relevant recommendations.
- Excellent client engagement, communication, and workshop facilitation skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience in advanced dashboarding and visualization (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Familiarity with Agentic AI, autonomous workflows, and adaptive personalization in business contexts.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language proficiency is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams in fast-paced, client-facing environments.
