The Senior Cost Manager manages estimating and cost planning, ensures compliance in contract documentation, and maintains cost control throughout the contract lifecycle, including monthly reporting. Additionally, the role includes mentoring and coaching Cost Consultants, driving process improvements aligned with net zero objectives, and ensuring high-quality deliverables while fostering client relationships.
