Job description
The Senior Business Consultant at Property Finder UAE manages enterprise and mid-market client portfolios, driving business growth through consultative sales, data-driven insights, and strategic account management. The role focuses on client retention, upselling SaaS and property listing solutions, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring accurate forecasting and documentation within CRM systems.

Key responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert on Property Finder solutions to advise clients strategically
- Manage and grow assigned client portfolios within a designated Emirate
- Create and implement account plans to identify growth opportunities
- Prepare and present compelling business proposals aligned with client needs
- Sell, cross-sell, and upsell technology-enabled advertising and property listing solutions
- Maintain accurate records of opportunities, activities, and account status in CRM (SalesForce preferred)
- Predict and report weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue forecasts
- Negotiate contracts, finalize agreements, and manage collections in collaboration with finance teams
- Develop and maintain customer-centric relationships to foster engagement and loyalty
- Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill client requests promptly
- Adapt to evolving business strategies and industry dynamics while maintaining performance targets
- Navigate complex client decision-making processes with assertiveness and influence
Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of professional B2B sales experience in SaaS or subscription environments
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth
- Strong analytical skills to interpret client data and propose actionable solutions
- Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, public speaking, and presentation abilities
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, preferably SalesForce, and advanced MS Office skills (Excel & PowerPoint)
- Understanding of real estate market dynamics is desirable
- Ability to work in cross-cultural and diverse team environments
