Al Futtaim Contracting, part of Al-Futtaim Private Company LLC, is seeking a Procurement Manager to manage material and subcontract procurement activities across construction and engineering projects. The role is responsible for ensuring effective and timely procurement delivery in alignment with organizational procurement policies and procedures. The Procurement Manager oversees subcontract procurement processes, including subcontract enquiries, preparation of Sub Contract ITTs, and prequalification of new subcontractors to ensure cost-effective and timely package awards. The position involves active participation in supplier negotiations to achieve optimal cost and lead time outcomes, conducting supplier performance evaluations, and developing and maintaining an up-to-date supplier database. The role also ensures strict adherence to safety, quality, and environmental procedures and controls, guaranteeing service quality and environmental compliance across AFC projects. The role operates within Al-Futtaim Contracting’s engineering and systems integration environment, supporting diverse offerings including MEP, energy management, facilities management, technology infrastructure, digital transformation, and large-scale construction services across the UAE and the wider Middle East.
