Job description
Enterprise customers at Omantel depend on a steady pipeline of business mobility products, and that pipeline is what this Product Manager role is built to run. You identify, create and manage products, services and VAS across Enterprise customer segments, working from market research and the annual PD roadmap. Product roadmaps get built and maintained here, aligned to business objectives and shaped by ongoing competitive assessment and partnership opportunities. Go-to-market strategies and marketing plans move from this role through MarCom for campaign coordination and launch activity. Cost, procurement, systems, resources, targets, service agreements, training and reporting all sit within scope across the product lifecycle, each one tracked against approved timelines and budgets. Forecasts, business models and payment options get set in coordination with Market Research, BI and Pricing, supporting business cases built around financial impact, profitability and ROI. Post-launch analysis and performance reporting measure results against agreed targets, feeding decisions on mobile base growth and monetization opportunities. Retention strategies, upsell and cross-sell initiatives, and customer lifecycle management all fall under the role's push for B2B profitability and portfolio growth. Stakeholders across business units, subsidiaries, vendors and partners need coordinating throughout, keeping the product lifecycle aligned and customer-centric processes followed.
