Job description
The Clinical Adoption Lead at Johnson & Johnson is a field-based role focused on supporting customers post-implementation to ensure long-term platform adoption and clinical success. This position serves as the primary liaison for clinical users, helping them integrate and optimize solutions within their workflows. The role involves user training, customer relationship management, risk identification, and the creation of tailored engagement plans. The Clinical Adoption Lead will monitor usage metrics, gather feedback, and contribute to product and experience improvements. The candidate must possess a background in clinical settings or digital health, and demonstrate proficiency in stakeholder engagement, Agile product methodologies, and basic technical principles including software development and UX/UI design. Travel up to 15% is required. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, as is fluency in English. The role is open to candidates based in either Abu Dhabi or Dubai.

Key responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for and build trusted relationships with clinical users
- Support implementation efforts, train users, and drive platform adoption through ongoing education and workflow integration
- Manage day-to-day customer inquiries and collaborate internally to resolve issues
- Track customer engagement and satisfaction metrics to identify risks and opportunities
- Gather customer feedback and work with internal teams to enhance the product and experience
- Develop tailored engagement plans to help customers achieve success outcomes
- Maintain detailed documentation of interactions, risks, and action items in internal systems
- Assist in developing case studies and success stories that highlight customer outcomes
Experience & skills
- 5+ years in customer success, account management, or clinical enablement roles, preferably in healthcare or digital health
- Familiarity with hospital or clinical workflows and stakeholder environments
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Familiarity with the product lifecycle and product management methodologies such as Agile and Scrum
- Basic knowledge of software development, network connectivity, hardware, and UX/UI principles
- Willingness to travel up to 15%
- Advanced verbal and written English language skills
