The Assurance Intern (Tadarab Program) at Deloitte offers aspiring auditors a structured, hands-on experience in one of the worldâs leading professional services firms. This internship provides exposure to financial auditing, assurance processes, and client management within a global network known for excellence, innovation, and professional integrity. Interns will participate in audit planning, financial analysis, and business process review, while developing essential skills in teamwork, reporting, and client engagement. The program serves as an entry point into Deloitteâs rigorous audit practice, preparing participants for full-time roles in the field of Audit & Assurance.

Key responsibilities
- Assist in preparing audit strategies, engagement plans, and business reports under supervision.
- Support audit teams in planning and executing audit procedures in compliance with professional standards.
- Perform data gathering, testing, and validation for audit evidence and documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
- Contribute to maintaining strong relationships with clients through professionalism and responsiveness.
- Identify and communicate opportunities for additional client services ('add-on' engagements).
- Participate in internal meetings, debriefs, and training sessions as part of Deloitteâs learning culture.
- Develop an understanding of international financial reporting standards (IFRS) and audit methodologies.
- Demonstrate attention to detail and adherence to deadlines in all assigned tasks.
- Exhibit Deloitteâs values of integrity, collaboration, and excellence throughout the internship.
Experience & skills
- 0â1 year of experience in public accounting, auditing, or related financial roles.
- Strong academic foundation in accounting, finance, or economics.
- Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and audit principles.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic fluency preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated motivation to pursue a career in auditing or professional services.
