Job description
Budgets, forecasts and performance analysis for one of Alghanim Industries' businesses in Kuwait are led by this Finance Manager, who supports the Finance Director and partners closely with General Managers. Financial results are interpreted regularly, with insight and recommendations that help leaders improve performance. Strategic plans, business plans and quarterly reviews go to corporate management on schedule. Pricing, profitability, revenue enhancement and cost saving analyses are carried out alongside capex model reviews and the internal approval process. New business opportunities and expansion plans draw on initial financial models built by you and the team. Systems are reviewed for improvement, and new implementations get your participation. A team of analysts within the financial control function reports to you, so coaching and development are part of the job. Candidates need a CA, CPA, CMA or MBA and 4 to 8 years of post-qualification finance experience, including at least one year as a Finance Manager in a multinational, plus exposure to ERP and BI systems.
