Job description
The Key Account Executive Saudi Arabia for Limitless Naturals is responsible for managing and developing assigned pharmacy chain accounts across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including major pharmacy groups such as Nahdi, Al-Dawaa, and other leading retail pharmacy chains. The role supports the Commercial Head in driving sustainable sales growth, strong commercial execution, and disciplined account performance within the FMCG, consumer health, wellness, and nutritional supplements sector. The position focuses on day-to-day account management, ensuring execution excellence of promotional plans, trade agreements, and visibility strategies across assigned pharmacy customers. The Key Account Executive is responsible for monitoring sell-in and sell-out performance, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring strong product availability while minimizing out-of-stock situations. The role requires coordination with supply chain teams to resolve inventory and service issues and support timely product distribution. Additionally, the position supports new product launches, ensuring correct listing, availability, and execution in retail pharmacy channels. The role involves preparing accurate sales forecasts, maintaining account dashboards, and reporting market intelligence, competitive activity, and customer insights to internal stakeholders. The Key Account Executive collaborates closely with marketing teams to execute campaigns and in-store activations, with supply chain teams to ensure service levels, and with finance teams to track trade spend and reconcile promotional investments. The role also acts as the primary operational contact for assigned pharmacy accounts and plays a critical role in strengthening customer relationships and ensuring alignment between commercial strategy and execution across the Saudi Arabian market.

Key responsibilities
- Manage assigned pharmacy chain accounts under the guidance of the Commercial Head to achieve sales targets and distribution objectives
- Monitor and analyze sell-in and sell-out performance across pharmacy accounts to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
- Execute promotional plans, trade agreements, and visibility strategies ensuring compliance with commercial terms across all assigned accounts
- Ensure strong product availability in pharmacy chains by minimizing out-of-stocks and coordinating with supply chain teams
- Support negotiation processes by preparing data analysis, account performance reviews, and commercial insights for internal and external discussions
- Monitor in-store execution standards including product visibility, shelf presence, and promotional compliance within pharmacy outlets
- Support new product launches by ensuring timely listing, distribution, and execution across assigned pharmacy accounts
- Prepare accurate monthly sales forecasts and maintain up-to-date account performance dashboards for management reporting
- Report market feedback, competitor activity, and customer insights to internal stakeholders to support strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns, service levels, and trade spend reconciliation
Experience & skills
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field
- Demonstrate 3–6 years of experience in key account management or sales roles within FMCG, consumer health, pharma-adjacent, wellness, or nutrition industries
- Show proven experience managing pharmacy chain accounts in Saudi Arabia such as Nahdi, Al-Dawaa, or equivalent retail networks
- Demonstrate strong experience in promotional execution, trade marketing coordination, and retail account management
- Possess strong analytical and reporting capabilities for sales performance tracking and business insights
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and sales performance tracking tools for forecasting and reporting
- Show ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including marketing, supply chain, and finance
- Demonstrate strong customer relationship management and negotiation support skills in key account environments
