Job description
The Analytics Sales Partner role sits within the Strategy & Analytics team at Property Finder, the leading property portal and technology company in the Middle East and North Africa region. The role is focused on partnering closely with the commercial team to analytically design, build, and deliver best-in-class analytics tools that enable Business Consultants to evaluate client performance, identify growth opportunities, and maximize return on investment. The position owns analytics workstreams end to end, delivering data-driven solutions that support commercial decision-making. The role involves building visual reporting tools using SQL and Tableau to present actionable insights that are easy to digest for both internal stakeholders and client-facing audiences. The Analytics Sales Partner supports high-priority data requests, develops data-driven sales narratives, highlights internal and external opportunities to drive growth, and recommends strategic and tactical pricing changes. The role requires strong quantitative and analytical problem-solving capabilities, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to identify trends, issues, and opportunities quickly. The position operates in a fast-paced technology environment and supports Property Finderās mission to transform real estate in the MENA region through data-led decision making.

Key responsibilities
- Own analytics workstreams end to end to deliver analytics-driven solutions for the commercial team
- Partner with the commercial team to evaluate client performance and identify growth and ROI optimization opportunities
- Highlight opportunities internally and externally to demonstrate how customers and Property Finder can maximize return on investment
- Build visual reporting tools that present data in an engaging, easy-to-understand, and actionable format
- Deliver high-priority data requests and reporting for the Commercial team
- Create data-driven sales stories that identify and drive growth opportunities across all customer segments
- Recommend strategic and tactical pricing changes based on analytical insights
Experience & skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as an analyst in a reputable technology company or a top-tier management consulting firm
- Exceptional proficiency in SQL and Tableau
- Proven experience preparing presentations with strong storylines for senior audiences
- Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to identify issues and trends quickly
- Fluency in English
- Graduate or Postgraduate qualification from a top tier institute
