Job description
The Senior Processor in Retail OPS (NEO Operations) provides centralized support for client onboarding, account maintenance, and other functions within the Centralized Accounts Management Unit. The role ensures that all activities are performed efficiently and accurately in compliance with Operational Policy Manual (OPM), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include processing signature requests with adequate controls, validating trade licenses and Memoranda of Association through government authority websites, reviewing original versus scanned documents, maintaining SLA and KPI standards, conducting root cause analyses of complaints and escalations, ensuring correct MI Reporting, and timely updating of SOPs and RCSA test results. The position requires comprehensive knowledge of general banking activities and online banking products and services, as well as strong computer, MIS preparation, and presentation skills.

Key responsibilities
- Provide support on Centralized Accounts Management Unit activities including client onboarding and maintenance service requests efficiently and accurately
- Process signature requests with adequate controls in accordance with bank policy
- Validate online trade licenses and Memoranda of Association (MOA) of entity cases through government authority websites
- Process cases with 99% accuracy ensuring minimal escalations
- Review and validate original documents against scanned images
- Ensure adherence to SLA, KPI, regulatory, and compliance requirements
- Conduct root cause analysis of complaints or escalations
- Ensure correct MI Reporting and timely update of SOPs and RCSA test results
Experience & skills
- Possess a Bachelorβs degree or equivalent qualification in finance, business administration, accounting, or a related field to provide foundational knowledge in banking operations and financial processes.
- Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of general banking activities including account management, transaction processing, and client service operations to effectively support Centralized Accounts Management Unit functions.
- Exhibit proficiency in online banking products and services, including knowledge of digital account maintenance, electronic signature handling, and document verification procedures.
- Have advanced computer skills including expertise in MIS preparation, data entry, document management systems, and presentation tools to ensure accurate reporting and operational efficiency.
- Possess strong knowledge and understanding of Operational Policy Manual (OPM) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring all processes comply with internal and regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrate ability to validate trade licenses, Memoranda of Association (MOA), and other legal documentation through government authority websites, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal controls.
- Have experience or capability to perform root cause analysis of client complaints and escalations, providing insights and implementing corrective actions to minimize recurrence and maintain service quality.
- Exhibit skills in SLA and KPI monitoring to ensure performance standards are met consistently, with an emphasis on accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance.
- Be capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high accuracy, reliability, and adherence to compliance requirements across all account processing and reporting activities.
