Job description
As a Digital Project Manager within the Creative Marketing Operations function at Huda Beauty, the individual is responsible for overseeing the complete lifecycle of creative asset development across all brand touchpoints. The role involves planning, organizing, and tracking campaign and content asset requests in alignment with the marketing, creative, production, and cross-functional teams. Key tasks include managing asset traffic, briefing relevant teams, maintaining a centralized asset tracker, and ensuring stakeholder alignment on timelines and deliverables. The position also includes direct coordination with production, NPD, design, photo, and video teams, managing post-production deadlines, and maintaining digital asset systems such as Dropbox. Additionally, the role entails managing usage rights by collaborating with the Creative Production and Legal teams and maintaining a usage rights database for photography, music, and talent clearances. This position requires comfort in high-volume, fast-paced creative environments, with consistent communication across vertical and horizontal stakeholders and attention to detail in organizing and archiving digital content assets.

Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with marketing and markets to consolidate asset requirements for each launch
- Manage asset traffic and brief relevant teams on creative deliverables
- Lead cross-functional project communication and align key stakeholders on timelines and deliverables
- Build and maintain a centralized asset tracker to monitor project progress across channels
- Provide weekly status updates on asset tracking, urgent requests, and delays
- Coordinate asset deadlines with marketing, production, NPD, design, photo, and video teams
- Follow up with teams for missing information and ensure alignment on deadlines
- Oversee and maintain a digital asset management system to ensure proper tagging and accessibility
- Archive new content and update the digital asset library to reflect current materials
- Manage project folders, version control, and archive completed campaigns for future use
- Collaborate with Creative Production and Legal teams to manage usage rights for content creation
- Track and update usage rights database including clearances for models, music, and photographers
Experience & skills
- Have 7+ years of experience in project or account management within beauty, fashion, or creative agency environments
- Possess strong understanding of creative production processes across photo, video, design, and post-production
- Be proficient in project management tools such as Asana
- Demonstrate experience managing digital asset libraries and DAM systems
- Show strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
- Be comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume creative setting
- Exhibit confidence in managing communications across all levels of the organization
