The Prepaid Segment Senior (Customer Value Management and Product Strategy) at Zain Kuwait in Kuwait City operates within the telecommunications commercial division, focusing on prepaid voice and broadband segments. The role is responsible for the conceptualization, development, and implementation of above-the-line (ATL) acquisition and base management initiatives while managing the full product lifecycle of prepaid offerings. The position involves designing and maintaining the prepaid ATL product portfolio and strategy roadmap, developing product architectural designs, and documenting concept papers while overseeing production across marcom, technical, and sales agent training pipelines. The role requires strong customer value management (CVM) expertise including customer lifecycle management, segmentation, personas, and micro-segmentation to drive targeted campaigns across digital, outbound, retail, and partner channels. The position involves collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders including Marketing (Budgeting, Planning, Customer Insights, CVM, Marcom), Technical, Business Intelligence, Legal, Sales, and channel teams to ensure successful product launches and execution of go-to-market strategies. The role includes monitoring product performance against KPIs such as ARPU, churn, usage, tenure, GA, recharges, and engagement, and conducting post-launch gap analysis to recommend corrective actions. The position requires advanced data analysis capabilities including data extraction, data cleansing, descriptive analytics, trend analysis, hypothesis testing, and use of tools such as MS Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, scenario analysis) with additional exposure to Power BI, Tableau, and predictive modeling. The role also involves campaign management, pricing strategy coordination for upsell and cross-sell initiatives, and continuous optimization using A/B testing, pilot programs, and feedback loops. Compliance with Information Security Management System (ISMS) policies and adherence to environmental and occupational health and safety (OH&S) requirements are mandatory. The position emphasizes strong project management, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and innovation to enhance revenue, ARPU uplift, churn reduction, and overall prepaid segment performance.

Key responsibilities
- Design and maintain prepaid product management portfolio and strategy roadmap aligned with customer value management (CVM) objectives
- Lead development of product architectural designs, concept papers, and oversee product lifecycle management from ideation to launch
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Marketing, Technical, Business Intelligence, Legal, Sales, and channels to ensure successful product launches
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategy and campaign management initiatives for prepaid acquisition, retention, and growth
- Analyze customer data using data analysis, descriptive analytics, trend analysis, and hypothesis testing to derive actionable insights
- Monitor telecom KPIs including ARPU, churn, usage, tenure, GA, recharges, and engagement, and perform post-launch gap analysis
- Develop customer segmentation and micro-segmentation strategies to drive targeted CVM campaigns across omni-channel platforms
- Coordinate with pricing teams to design upsell and cross-sell campaigns and optimize revenue generation
- Implement continuous optimization techniques including A/B testing, pilot programs, and feedback loops to improve product performance
- Ensure compliance with Information Security Management System (ISMS) policies and adherence to environmental and OH&S regulations
Experience & skills
- Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field with preference for Master’s degree or MBA
- Demonstrate strong expertise in customer value management (CVM), product management, marketing strategy, and prepaid telecom business models
- Exhibit deep understanding of telecommunications industry including prepaid voice and broadband segments, customer behavior, and competition dynamics
- Show advanced analytical skills including data extraction, data cleansing, descriptive analytics, trend analysis, and hypothesis testing
- Demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel including pivot tables, complex formulas, and scenario analysis with additional knowledge of Power BI or Tableau
- Exhibit experience in campaign management, segmentation, micro-segmentation, and execution of omni-channel CVM initiatives
- Demonstrate strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities with ability to manage multiple initiatives and mitigate risks
- Show knowledge of telecom KPIs such as ARPU, churn, usage, tenure, GA, recharges, and engagement for performance monitoring
