Job description
The Director, Product Management – Advanced Analytics & AI at Mastercard is responsible for driving the product strategy, innovation agenda, and P&L performance of Advanced Analytics solutions across the EEMEA region, with a specific focus on the West Arabia division. Operating within Mastercard’s Business & Market Insights organization, this role ensures the effective delivery and commercialization of data-powered solutions and insights that enable clients to make smarter, data-driven business decisions. The position involves developing product roadmaps in alignment with global leads, managing regional implementation, and collaborating with business development and client service teams to ensure successful go-to-market outcomes. The Director also oversees product quality, delivery excellence, and market competitiveness, acting as a subject matter expert in analytics and AI. Responsibilities include managing presales activities, supporting regional initiatives, providing specialist sales input, monitoring external market trends, and maintaining a forward-looking innovation pipeline. The ideal candidate will possess deep experience with data analytics, AI, and emerging technology platforms, a strong background in P&L management, and demonstrated leadership within matrixed, multicultural environments.

Key responsibilities
- Own and drive the P&L performance of Advanced Analytics products across the EEMEA region with a focus on the West Arabia division
- Develop and execute product innovation agendas and roadmaps in partnership with global product leads and regional stakeholders
- Ensure successful commercialization of new and existing AI and analytics products in collaboration with business development and client service teams
- Provide specialist sales support, thought leadership, and marketing initiatives to drive product adoption and growth
- Monitor and maintain the quality and delivery standards of Advanced Analytics solutions, ensuring client satisfaction and operational excellence
- Represent Mastercard’s suite of Advanced Analytics and AI capabilities to leadership and external stakeholders
- Track and analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to maintain market-leading solutions
- Influence global product managers to align regional needs with broader organizational goals
- Collaborate with services teams to ensure effective go-to-market solutions for regional customers
- Work across departments to support region-wide initiatives in data analytics and AI-driven advisory services
Experience & skills
- Proven experience managing a product line with full P&L responsibility
- Strong background in advanced analytics, AI, and technology platforms
- Track record in leading, developing, and scaling data-driven products or solutions
- Experience in product innovation and commercialization across diverse global markets
- Knowledge of financial services, including retail banking, digital payments, and related sectors
- Strong leadership, influencing, and communication skills with ability to build relationships with senior executives in multicultural environments
- Proficiency in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration within matrix organizations
- Intellectual curiosity and passion for emerging technologies, AI applications, and data analytics
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
- Ability to communicate with impact and drive a collaborative culture across regional and global teams
