Job description
Salesforce is seeking a Senior Account Executive to cover strategic Hi-Tech and Professional Services customers across the region, with responsibility for both existing accounts and high-potential new clients. This role involves shaping account strategy, driving revenue growth, and acting as a trusted advisor to influential firms. The successful candidate will lead account teams across Salesforce Clouds, with a strong focus on AI and CRM solutions, while building and managing relationships with C-level stakeholders. This position requires strong experience in enterprise sales, deep understanding of Hi-Tech and Professional Services industries, and the ability to close complex, high-value deals.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Manage and expand Salesforce’s footprint across strategic Hi-Tech & Professional Services accounts
- Own the vision, strategy, and stakeholder engagement for assigned accounts
- Lead account teams across multiple Salesforce Clouds to achieve unified growth targets
- Drive revenue growth across existing and new high-value clients
- Generate pipeline through strategic prospecting and territory planning
- Build and lead complex deal cycles, collaborating with cross-functional teams and executives
- Serve as the primary executive contact and trusted partner for assigned accounts
- Represent Salesforce with C-level stakeholders to articulate value in customer transformation
Experience & skills
- Successful, reference-able sales experience in enterprise software or cloud technology
- Proven ability to lead account teams and develop multi-cloud sales strategies
- Deep understanding of Hi-Tech & Professional Services industries (preferred)
- Demonstrated track record of closing complex, high-value deals
- Experience in business development, net new sales, and expansion strategies
- University graduate calibre
- Based in the UAE or within the Region
- Valid UAE driving license
- Fluent in English; Arabic strongly preferred
- Willing and able to travel regionally and internationally as needed
