Job description
The role is responsible for planning and delivering safe, reliable transportation services for guests, employees, and stakeholders using buses, fleet vehicles, and buggies, ensuring minimal delays and consistent service quality. It supports and coordinates all transportation requirements for the Mobility division, acting as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders to manage Mobility expectations and ensure business continuity. Responsibilities include control and monitoring of daily operations, taking corrective action for scheduled, sudden, or unexpected trip changes; managing service providers to ensure adherence to performance standards, contractual agreements, and SLAs; planning and scheduling vehicle routes with dispatchers and updating transport timings to prevent service gaps; managing and supervising Senior Specialists, Specialists, drivers, and coordinators; ensuring prompt investigation and reporting of accidents and incidents; approving manpower and fleet usage for regular and unplanned trips to ensure cost efficiency; addressing feedback, complaints, and queries from stakeholders to maintain safe and efficient transport services; performing monthly audits of drivers and fleet utilization to identify risks and non-compliance, escalating matters to the Senior Manager; providing daily operations updates through briefings and monitoring reports; communicating transportation standards and expectations to internal teams and stakeholders; and coordinating with suppliers to resolve SLA non-performance or non-compliance issues. The role includes collaboration with the Maintenance team to ensure fleet upkeep per manufacturer recommendations, supporting effective departmental performance and consistent guest experience. Requirements include a bachelorās degree or equivalent, at least 6 years of experience in the automotive or transportation industry, strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and change-oriented environment, proficiency in Microsoft Office programs at an intermediate level, collaborative work capability with independence, strong communication and interpersonal skills suited to VIP chauffeur driver interactions, strong customer service orientation, analytical and problem-solving skills, maturity in handling confidential and sensitive information, and proactive identification and resolution of challenges. The position is full-time and based on-site at the Amaala Site.

Key responsibilities
- Control and monitor daily transportation operations and take corrective action for scheduled or unexpected trip changes or cancellations
- Manage service providers to ensure delivery performance aligns with contractual agreements and SLAs
- Plan and schedule vehicle routes in collaboration with dispatchers and update transport timings to avoid service gaps
- Manage and supervise Senior Specialists, Specialists, drivers, and coordinators
- Ensure timely investigation and reporting of accidents and incidents to relevant authorities and stakeholders
- Approve manpower and fleet allocation for regular and unplanned trips to ensure cost efficiency and business continuity
- Respond to feedback, complaints, queries, and concerns from internal and external stakeholders
- Perform monthly audits of drivers and fleet utilization to identify risks and non-compliance and escalate issues to Senior Manager
- Inform the Senior Manager of daily operations through briefings and monitoring reports
- Communicate transportation standards and expectations to Mobility teams and stakeholders
- Coordinate with suppliers to address SLA non-performance or non-compliance and ensure corrective action
- Collaborate with Maintenance team to ensure fleet maintenance aligns with manufacturer recommendations
Experience & skills
- Hold a bachelorās degree or equivalent qualification
- Have at least 6 years of industry experience with expertise in the automotive or transportation sector
- Demonstrate ability to organize and manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving, change-oriented environment
- Be able to multitask effectively in a high-volume setting
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook at a minimum intermediate level
- Be capable of working collaboratively while maintaining independence
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills suitable for VIP chauffeur driver interaction
- Show strong customer service orientation with high energy and passion for people interaction
- Demonstrate excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills
- Have maturity and experience handling confidential and sensitive information
