Job description
The role involves carrying out property inspections, drafting and writing valuation reports, market studies, and feasibility studies under supervision while ensuring high-quality output that aligns with RICS and IVSC standards. Responsibilities include producing valuation reports using the three methods of valuation, conducting detailed market research covering economic drivers, supply and demand dynamics, and broader property market trends. The position requires meeting turnaround times, maintaining customer service standards, monitoring risk exposure and compliance within the valuation and advisory department, and contributing to business development through professional representation of the company. The valuer is also responsible for mentoring junior team members, applying financial modelling skills, and using tools such as Outlook, Excel, and CRM systems to support workflow and reporting accuracy.

Key responsibilities
- Conduct inspections and draft valuation, market study, and feasibility study reports under supervision
- Ensure high-quality report output compliant with RICS and IVSC standards
- Meet required turnaround times for all assigned cases
- Perform market research including analysis of economic drivers, supply and demand, and property trends
- Apply the three valuation methodologies in producing valuation reports
- Monitor risk exposure and compliance within the valuation and advisory function
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members
- Represent the company professionally and contribute to cross-selling opportunities
- Maintain strong customer service and client communication
Experience & skills
- Minimum two years of experience in a similar valuation role
- University degree, preferably in Real Estate Valuation
- Knowledge of FRICS/MRICS frameworks and RICS/IVSC standards
- Strong market knowledge and understanding of valuation methodologies
- Financial modelling skills
- Good communication skills
- Basic proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and CRM systems
- Ability to produce accurate, high-standard valuation and advisory reports
