Job description
The Executive - Account will be responsible for reviewing, verifying, reconciling, and processing a wide range of financial transactions including ownersâ payouts, vendor payments, sales receipts, and bank reconciliations. The role involves accurate and timely recording of sales, expenses, and receipts in the ERP system, supporting month-end book closing, and preparing internal MIS reports. The Executive will ensure compliance with documentation standards, maintain error-free financial records, and manage high volumes of daily transactions efficiently.

Key responsibilities
- Review, verify, reconcile, and process ownersâ payouts accurately and on time
- Perform periodic credit card reconciliations and funding
- Review, verify, and process vendor payments and reconcile vendor accounts
- Record receipts from platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, Stripe, and card machines accurately
- Reconcile sales and match with sales reports, reporting any discrepancies
- Support month-end books closing and assist in preparing internal MIS reports
- Handle cash receipts and ensure timely passing and recording of cash transactions
- Record sales and expenses in the ERP system promptly and accurately
- Review and reconcile accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) aging reports
- Ensure error-free recording of invoices and receipts with proper documentation
- Process bank payments and add beneficiaries following approval procedures
- Manage and handle a high volume of daily financial transactions efficiently
Experience & skills
- Maximum 3 years of accounting experience
- Proficiency in ERP systems
- Knowledge of financial reconciliations including credit card, bank, and sales
- Experience with vendor payments and account reconciliations
- Ability to process high-volume financial transactions accurately
- Familiarity with platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Stripe, and card machines
- Strong understanding of accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
- Ability to support month-end book closing and MIS reporting
