Job description
The Graphic Designer (UAE National) role at Bayzat supports the company’s mission to transform workplaces through innovative HR, Payroll, Finance, and Insurance SaaS solutions. The position is responsible for shaping and maintaining Bayzat’s visual identity across marketing campaigns, social media, digital advertising, employer branding, community initiatives, and internal and external communications. The role involves developing on-brand digital creatives for social media, email marketing, display advertising, Google Display Network campaigns, paid social and remarketing campaigns in multiple sizes and formats. Responsibilities include event branding deliverables such as banners, invitations, landing pages, and digital assets, as well as visuals for HR and Finance communities and recruitment campaigns. The role also supports digital and product marketing through app-related design assets such as UI mockups for interface updates and themed changes, and recurring visual content series. The Graphic Designer collaborates with marketing, brand, sales, and internal stakeholders to produce pitch decks, one-pagers, and sales enablement materials, while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines. The role requires proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, flexibility with tools like Figma, understanding of performance marketing visuals, and experience designing for the MENA market, with Arabic typography knowledge considered a bonus. The position operates within a hybrid work environment in Dubai, UAE, and is targeted toward UAE Nationals.

Key responsibilities
- Develop on-brand, high-quality designs for digital marketing campaigns, social media, email marketing, and display advertising
- Create performance-driven advertising creatives for Google Display Network, paid social platforms, and remarketing campaigns in multiple formats and sizes
- Support event branding by designing banners, invitations, landing pages, and related digital assets
- Design engaging visuals for HR and Finance community initiatives while maintaining alignment with Bayzat’s brand identity
- Create employer branding visuals to support recruitment and talent acquisition campaigns
- Design app-related assets including UI mockups for interface changes and themed updates
- Produce visual content for social media series, including HR insights and internal Bayzat communications
- Collaborate with internal teams to create pitch decks, one-pagers, and sales enablement and communication materials
- Ensure consistency with brand guidelines while balancing creativity across all design outputs
Experience & skills
- Be a recent graduate or have up to 1 year of professional experience in graphic design
- Demonstrate proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
- Show flexibility and adaptability in using new design tools such as Figma
- Possess experience or exposure to motion graphics and video editing as an added advantage
- Demonstrate strong understanding of performance marketing visuals
- Apply ability to balance creativity with adherence to brand guidelines across multiple assets
- Have experience designing for the MENA market, with knowledge of Arabic typography considered a bonus
