The Cluster Director of Human Resources β People, Culture & Organizational Architect at InterContinental Residences Dubai Business Bay (Operational) and Kimpton Sevn Dubai (Pre-Opening) is responsible for leading the full HR function across two luxury hospitality brands, aligning people strategy with business objectives, and building a high-performing, future-ready workforce. The role operates at a strategic leadership level overseeing HR strategy, talent acquisition, workforce planning, leadership development, employee engagement, succession planning, organizational design, and change management. The position includes pre-opening HR leadership for Kimpton Sevn Dubai, requiring development of HR structures, systems, policies, recruitment strategy, onboarding programs, and operational readiness initiatives. The role ensures compliance with UAE Labour Law, visa processes, brand standards, governance frameworks, and audit readiness while managing employee relations, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution. Responsibilities include overseeing employee services such as accommodation, transport, colleague dining, benefits, insurance, and wellbeing programs while enhancing employee experience across both properties. The position also involves developing HR dashboards, reporting frameworks, workforce analytics, and KPI tracking related to engagement, retention, and productivity. The Cluster Director partners with operations, finance, sales, and commercial teams while acting as strategic advisor to the Cluster General Manager, ensuring leadership capability development, talent pipeline growth, and sustainable workforce performance. The role requires expertise in cluster operations, multi-property HR leadership, hospitality HR governance, brand culture development, and organizational effectiveness within luxury hospitality environments.

- Lead and execute cluster HR strategy across InterContinental Residences Dubai Business Bay and Kimpton Sevn Dubai
- Align HR initiatives with business goals, brand priorities, and operational objectives
- Oversee talent acquisition, recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning across both properties
- Develop leadership pipelines, succession plans, and learning and development programs
- Drive employee engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, visa processes, and brand standards
- Lead HR pre-opening strategy for Kimpton Sevn Dubai including HR structures, policies, and recruitment
- Oversee employee relations, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution
- Develop HR dashboards, workforce analytics, and KPI tracking frameworks
- Lead, coach, and develop HR team while acting as strategic advisor to Cluster General Manager
Experience & skills
- Hold Bachelorβs degree in HR, Business, Hospitality, or related field
- Possess 10β15 years progressive HR leadership experience
- Demonstrate minimum 5 years at Director level in hospitality or multi-property environments
- Demonstrate experience in pre-opening hotel HR operations
- Demonstrate experience in cluster or multi-property HR leadership
- Possess knowledge of UAE Labour Law and visa processes
- Demonstrate expertise in talent acquisition, engagement, and leadership development
- Hold CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent HR qualification preferred
- Demonstrate experience in HR analytics and performance management
- Possess experience in Dubai or GCC hospitality market preferred
