The PMC Senior Interface Engineer at Wood within the Oil, Gas & New Energies business is tasked with overseeing technical and project interface activities for a downstream project in Abu Dhabi. The role involves thorough preparation and coordination of interfaces between internal project teams, subcontractors, vendors and other external stakeholders during the FEED stage, ensuring smooth transition into EPC execution. Key responsibilities include understanding site interface demarcations on documents such as P&IDs, Plot Plans and GAs, reviewing FEED documentation for consistency, acting as the focal point for interface activities, preparing Interface Requests and Agreements, updating Interface Registers, and driving interface meetings and management reports. The role demands experience across design, engineering, procurement and construction elements in major oil & gas projects.
