Job description
Deliveroo is hiring a CRM Specialist for its local marketing team in Kuwait City. Reporting to the CRM Marketing Manager, the role involves initiating, building, proofing, sending, and approving targeted campaigns across customer segments while aligning with the overall marketing calendar. The specialist will drive customer engagement by delivering impactful campaigns through the right channels at the right time. Key responsibilities include coordinating end-to-end delivery of email, push notifications, and in-app messaging campaigns, executing local experiments to refine CRM best practices, and leveraging data targeting, segmentation, and analysis. The role also requires managing communications with stakeholders to meet deadlines, applying test-and-learn strategies to optimize templates and content, and conducting post-campaign reporting to generate insights for continuous improvement. Candidates must have at least one year of email application experience, familiarity with HTML, and email deployment expertise (Braze preferred). Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Looker is an advantage. The role demands a customer-first mindset, technical marketing skills, and a passion for delivering measurable campaign impact.
