Job description
Wipro is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst (Level 4) to act as a liaison between customers and delivery teams, ensuring accurate articulation of customer needs into technical deliverables. The role is responsible for requirements gathering, RFP/RFI solutioning, testing support, and end-to-end project coordination while building domain expertise within the consulting practice.

Key responsibilities
- Analyze and gather business requirements from clients during RFP/RFI stages
- Create detailed workflow diagrams, specifications, and solution documentation
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure solutions meet client expectations
- Conduct root cause analysis and assist QA during integration and user acceptance testing
- Drive customer engagement through solution presentations and demonstrations
- Support project managers in planning and milestone tracking
- Write whitepapers, research insights, and reusable documentation for internal knowledge sharing
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce platform standards and business impact analysis
Experience & skills
- 5ā8 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Mandatory expertise in Salesforce Business Analysis
- Strong understanding of digital transformation and enterprise systems
- Proven experience in end-to-end RFP/RFI and solutioning lifecycle
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to conduct workshops and translate complex client needs into business requirements
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including Pre-sales, QA, and Delivery
