Job description
Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Director - Logistics to lead and optimize logistics operations for its landmark entertainment and cultural development in Saudi Arabia. This leadership role will ensure the efficient, safe, and cost-effective execution of logistics activities across ambitious projects, aligning operations with the company’s strategic vision. The Director will manage supply chain operations, develop strategic partnerships, foster cross-functional collaboration, and drive continuous improvement, while leading and inspiring a logistics-focused team to achieve operational excellence.

Key responsibilities
- Design and implement logistics strategies that streamline operations and enhance cost effectiveness.
- Supervise logistics processes for key projects, ensuring effective communication among stakeholders, suppliers, and project teams.
- Manage supply chain operations including procurement, transportation, and inventory management.
- Establish and maintain relationships with logistics partners and service providers.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
- Regularly assess performance metrics to evaluate logistics effectiveness and drive improvements.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and compliance standards across logistics operations.
- Collaborate with various departments to foster cross-functional teamwork.
- Lead, train, and develop the logistics team to achieve operational excellence.

Experience & skills
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field is required; Master’s degree is a plus.
- 10–15 years of experience in logistics and supply chain, preferably on large-scale or high-profile projects.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing logistics strategies in complex contexts.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Outstanding analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity with logistics software and tools.
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
