Job description
Platform X's architecture runs across Data, Intelligence, Operations, and Experience layers, and this Solution Architect role owns and evolves that technology-neutral design end to end. You will lead the technical evaluation of implementation partner RFP responses, weighing capability, interoperability, scalability, implementation complexity, security, regulatory compliance, total cost of ownership, and fit with the existing technology environment. Safeguarding the data hierarchy sits at the core of the job, covering Unified Member Record, Member 360, and Health Passport principles. Once a partner is selected, you become their internal technical counterpart, validating proposed architecture against requirements and keeping the design honest. Integration requirements with command-centre and urgent-care related partners fall under this remit too, where applicable and NDA-gated. BRD and scenario library requirements get translated into implementable technical architecture, working closely with the Senior Business Analyst. Procurement and legal teams rely on this role for technical due diligence, conflict-of-interest boundaries, and vendor and subcontractor evaluation matters. Healthcare cloud ecosystems such as Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare, Azure Health Data Services, Google Cloud Healthcare, and Salesforce Health Cloud sit within scope, alongside FHIR-based clinical data standards and interoperability patterns. AI and machine learning driven decision support, paired with human-in-the-loop clinical or service workflows, and healthcare data regulations such as PDPL, DHA, and DOH complete the technical and regulatory scope this architecture has to satisfy.
