The Senior Partner Account Manager, Turkey & Qatar, based in Dubai in a hybrid work arrangement, is responsible for leading and expanding Cloudflare’s global partner ecosystem across Turkey and Qatar while aligning with the company’s mission to build a better Internet through cloud infrastructure, SaaS, and security solutions. The role drives strategy and execution for managing high-value, strategic partners, developing joint business plans, and aligning with senior-level executives within partner organizations to achieve mutual growth objectives and partner-sourced revenue targets. The position owns the full sales lifecycle from opportunity registration to deal closure, influencing partners’ go-to-market (GTM) strategies and ensuring effective collaboration across Account Executives, Business Development Representatives, Solution Engineers, Customer Success, and Sales Operations teams. The Senior Partner Account Manager manages and optimizes partner programs including MDF, SPIFF, and other incentive programs, while driving partner sales enablement through advanced training and certifications for both sales and technical teams. The role coordinates demand generation and GTM activities, executes joint partner territory planning, and aligns strategies to maximize partner-sourced revenue across global and regional accounts. The manager shares analytics, metrics, and insights with executive and technical stakeholders internally and within partner organizations, ensuring alignment with Cloudflare’s revenue and strategic objectives. The position requires strong understanding of Cloud Infrastructure, SaaS, and Security solutions, experience managing complex global partner relationships, fluency in English and Turkish, and the ability to travel up to 30–50% depending on business needs. The role may require access to information protected under U.S. Export Administration Regulations and any employment offer may be conditioned on authorization to receive controlled software or technology without export license sponsorship.

- Lead the strategy and execution for managing high-value, strategic partners across Turkey and Qatar by developing joint business plans, aligning on mutual growth objectives, and driving partner-sourced revenue through structured partner management and channel management practices.
- Own and manage the full sales lifecycle from opportunity registration to deal closure, collaborating with Account Executives, Business Development Representatives, Solution Engineers, Customer Success, and Sales Operations to achieve revenue and strategic goals.
- Influence and optimize partners’ go-to-market (GTM) strategies through coordinated demand generation initiatives, joint territory planning, and alignment of partner offerings with Cloudflare’s Cloud Infrastructure, SaaS, and Security solutions portfolio.
- Drive partner sales enablement by delivering advanced training and certifications for partner sales and technical teams, ensuring partners have the resources and knowledge required to position and sell effectively.
- Manage and optimize partner programs including MDF, SPIFF, tiered partner structures, and other partner incentive programs to accelerate growth, improve performance, and increase partner engagement.
- Share analytics, metrics, and performance insights with executive and technical champions both internally and within partner organizations, leveraging data to refine strategies and improve partner-sourced revenue outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level executives within partner organizations, manage complex global partner relationships, and travel up to 30–50% as required to support strategic partner engagements and business growth initiatives.
Experience & skills
- Demonstrate 8+ years of experience in partner management, SaaS, Cloud Infrastructure, or Security sales and channel management with a proven track record of driving partner-sourced revenue and business growth across Turkey and Qatar.
- Possess strong understanding of Cloud Infrastructure, SaaS, and Security solutions with the ability to align partner strategies to Cloudflare’s revenue goals and global business objectives.
- Exhibit expertise in managing the full sales lifecycle including opportunity registration and deal closure, as well as influencing partner go-to-market (GTM) strategies and territory planning initiatives.
- Maintain hands-on experience with partner programs including MDF, SPIFF, and tiered partner structures, and demonstrate ability to manage partner incentive programs effectively.
- Show proven capability to engage and influence senior-level executives within partner organizations while leading cross-functional collaboration with internal sales, technical, and operations teams.
- Demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills in English and Turkish, with the ability to present analytics, metrics, and insights to executive and technical stakeholders.
- Be willing and able to travel up to 30–50% depending on business needs and meet any requirements related to access to information protected under U.S. Export Administration Regulations without export license sponsorship.
