Job description
The Content Design Manager leads high-impact creative projects within Inception, a G42 company, responsible for visual design, content design, branding execution, and strategic storytelling across internal and external touchpoints. The role spans branding materials, product logo creation, presentation design, asset library creation, and enforcement of brand guidelines. With over 10 years of experience in visual design or art direction, the manager ensures design excellence, consistency, and alignment to business and brand strategy. The position requires mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and PowerPoint, with added value from AI design tools such as Midjourney, DALL·E, and Runway. The role integrates visual creativity with strategic thinking, supporting marketing, product, HR, and leadership teams to deliver compelling branded content. Responsibilities include maintaining brand standards, leading creative workflows, providing direction to designers, and introducing emerging AI-powered tools. The role contributes to building corporate excellence, shaping public narrative, and enhancing communication across government, enterprise, academia, and public sectors within an AI-focused organization. Candidates must possess strong typography, color theory, composition, digital design trend knowledge, and organizational skills, working within a hybrid model in Abu Dhabi.

Key responsibilities
- Lead and execute internal creative design projects including branding materials, product logos, and campaign assets
- Uphold and enforce brand guidelines across internal and external communications
- Collaborate with marketing, product, HR, and leadership teams to craft visually compelling presentations and branded content
- Design and elevate PowerPoint and Keynote presentations for leadership and internal events
- Provide creative direction and feedback to junior designers and freelance resources
- Maintain an organized library of design assets, templates, and brand resources
- Explore and integrate AI-powered design tools into creative workflows to enhance innovation and efficiency
Experience & skills
- Possess 10+ years of experience in visual design, content design, or art direction
- Demonstrate experience in an agency environment or in-house brand/creative team
- Showcase an exceptional portfolio in branding, identity, and presentation design
- Be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and PowerPoint, with familiarity in AI design tools such as Midjourney, DALL·E, and Runway
- Exhibit a strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and digital design trends
- Hold excellent communication skills for articulating design rationale and collaborating cross-functionally
- Demonstrate strong organization, attention to detail, and design consistency
- Be self-motivated, proactive, and capable of taking ownership
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Art or equivalent
