Job description
The Senior Specialist β Member Relations for the Amaala Yacht Club serves as a key front-facing representative responsible for delivering exceptional service to members, guests, and VIP visitors while supporting day-to-day membership administration. The role ensures smooth arrivals, professional greetings, and seamless check-ins while maintaining accurate member profiles, preferences, and service histories within the CRM system. Responsibilities include processing membership applications, renewals, and inquiries, preparing welcome packs and club collateral, hosting VIP arrivals, and coordinating with internal departments such as concierge, marina, F&B, and events to fulfill guest and member requests. The position requires confidentiality, professionalism, attention to detail, and experience in luxury hospitality or private club environments. The role includes responding to guest feedback and resolving service issues, supporting club events, activations, seasonal programs, applying safety, quality, and environmental management policies, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts aligned with international best practices, cost reduction, business process enhancement, and productivity improvement.

Key responsibilities
- Greet members and guests with a warm, professional welcome to ensure a seamless first impression
- Assist in daily guest and member check-ins, appointments, and itinerary coordination
- Maintain accurate member profiles, preferences, and service histories in the CRM system
- Support the processing of membership applications, renewals, and inquiries
- Coordinate with internal departments including concierge, marina, F&B, and events to fulfill member and guest requests
- Prepare welcome packs, club collateral, and communication materials for new and prospective members
- Assist with hosting VIP arrivals, guided tours, and private viewings
- Maintain confidentiality of member information and act as a trusted point of contact
- Respond to guest feedback and assist in resolving service issues promptly and professionally
- Support the organization and execution of club events, member activations, and seasonal programs
- Apply safety, quality, and environmental management policies, procedures, and controls
- Contribute to identifying opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes, and practices
Experience & skills
- Hold a Diploma or Bachelorβs degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field
- Bring 2β4 years of experience in luxury hospitality, front office, or member services roles
- Show experience with CRM systems and guest-facing technology
