Shiji provides global technology solutions for the hospitality sector, including Property Management System, Point-of-Sale, guest engagement, distribution, payments, and data intelligence solutions used by more than 91,000 hotels worldwide including major global chains. The position involves developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets, identifying and prioritizing key accounts and prospects, and conducting research into customer operations to understand business needs and operational challenges. The role requires managing the entire sales lifecycle including prospecting, lead generation, sales presentations, product demonstrations, negotiation, contract closure, and post-sale follow-up while updating the CRM system to maintain accurate opportunity tracking and pipeline management. The Sales Manager collaborates closely with cross-functional teams including pre-sales, marketing, operations support, and project management to ensure alignment between sales activities, customer requirements, and product capabilities. The role requires presenting Shiji’s hospitality technology solutions and demonstrating how systems such as Property Management System, Point-of-Sale, and integrated guest engagement platforms streamline hotel front office operations and improve guest satisfaction. The position involves coordinating with dealers to achieve sales targets and supporting marketing initiatives including lead generation campaigns and validation of partners. The role also requires evaluating marketing documentation to ensure accurate product promotion and supporting sales acceleration by identifying solutions to customer pain points. The Sales Manager maintains deep knowledge of hospitality industry trends and developments while acting as an ambassador of innovation by introducing new technology trends such as API integrations, AWS infrastructure, cloud solutions, and AI-based solutions to clients. The position requires managing proposal and deal qualification processes including quote verification, maintaining product documentation, and staying updated on product enhancements, integration projects, RFI and RFP responses. The role also involves providing product knowledge support by translating technical capabilities into business value for clients and coordinating communication between product management teams, pre-sales teams, and customers. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with the marketing department to highlight product USPs, refine go-to-market strategies, and develop innovative approaches for representing Shiji’s hospitality technology portfolio across international markets.
