Job description
Red Sea Air Services Company seeks a Specialist - Commercial within the Air Services Division and Flight Operations Department (Department: Commercial; Section: Commercial; Reporting to: Senior Commercial Manager). The role aims to support the commercial function of the aviation company by developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying new revenue opportunities, managing commercial contracts, and ensuring competitive pricing and service offerings aligned with company objectives to drive business growth. Responsibilities span Business Development & Sales (identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the client base; develop tailored proposals, quotations, and tenders for aviation-related services; participate in negotiations to secure favorable commercial terms), Market & Pricing Management (monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and customer demands; maintain accurate and competitive pricing structures; work with Finance to ensure profitability and accurate revenue forecasts), Client Relationship Management (maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business; respond promptly to inquiries, complaints, and feedback; organize client visits, presentations, and commercial meetings), Contract & Compliance (assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing commercial contracts with Legal and Operations; ensure compliance with company policies and aviation regulations; track contract performance and initiate renewals or amendments as needed), and Reporting & Analysis (prepare regular commercial performance reports and sales forecasts; analyze data to identify trends and business growth opportunities; present findings and recommendations to management). Recruitment criteria include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Aviation Management, or related field, professional training in sales or commercial negotiations as an advantage, 3â5 years' experience in commercial, sales, or business development roles preferably within the aviation industry or hospitality, experience in market research and managing customer accounts, strong analytical and market research capabilities, knowledge of aviation services, regulations, and operational processes, proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems, and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Experience & skills
- Hold a Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Aviation Management, or a related field

- Bring 3â5 yearsâ experience in commercial, sales, or business development roles, preferably within the aviation industry or hospitality
- Demonstrate experience in market research and managing customer accounts
- Exhibit strong analytical and market research capabilities applicable to commercial decision-making
