Key responsibilities

• Successfully complete the structured 12-month learn-and-apply academy program including classroom learning, simulations, and customer engagement scenarios
• Support solution implementation activities including fit-to-standard analysis, configuration, integration, testing, cutover, and go-live using SAP Activate
• Assist in translating business requirements into functional and technical solution components under guidance
• Contribute to defining IT landscapes and integration points aligned with enterprise architecture principles
• Support post-go-live adoption activities including enablement planning, release adoption, and monitoring KPIs and value realization metrics
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance delivery quality, adoption insights, and documentation efficiency
• Collaborate with Customer Engagement Partners, Enterprise Architects, delivery teams, and partners to maintain alignment
• Learn and apply SAP methodologies, agile practices, and integrated toolchains to support high-quality project execution
• Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery standards, knowledge assets, and customer experience
• Support customer relationships through consistent delivery quality, responsiveness, and professionalism
• Provide clear and concise communications aligned to customer priorities and business outcomes
• Identify potential risks related to delivery or adoption and support mitigation planning
• Ensure alignment between customer objectives, SAP recommendations, and realized outcomes
• Uphold SAP standards for quality, governance, and engagement excellence
