Job description
The Forward Deployment Engineer role in Dubai is a technical and client-facing position requiring expertise in application development, automation, AI exposure (practical or theoretical), and integration knowledge. The engineer will engage with enterprise clients, delivering deployment solutions, integrating REST APIs, and applying architectural knowledge to optimize client platforms. Experience with open-source tools, agentic apps development on platforms like Google Agent Force, and no-code platforms is highly valued. Candidates should possess coding proficiency in any language (Java, .NET, Python, C++, CSS) to support integration and automation tasks. This role demands exposure to enterprise-scale projects, client-facing implementations, and the ability to adapt to new technologies and platforms. Hands-on or theoretical AI/ML project experience, cloud migration knowledge (AWS), and prior product development or project management exposure are advantageous.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Develop and deploy solutions on client platforms using automation, AI, and integration techniques
- Integrate software components via REST API and apply architectural best practices for seamless system interoperability
- Engage directly with clients to assess requirements, present solutions, and ensure successful deployment
- Leverage open-source tools and agentic app platforms to deliver custom client solutions
- Utilize no-code platforms and basic coding skills (Java, .NET, Python, C++, CSS) to configure and implement applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support deployment projects and deliverables
- Participate in AI/ML project development or provide theoretical guidance when hands-on experience is limited
- Document deployment processes, configurations, and best practices for future use
- Adapt to new technologies, platforms, and client environments to maintain effectiveness in solution delivery
- Support continuous improvement of deployment methodologies and automation practices
Experience & skills
- 4–5 years of experience in client-facing deployment, integration, or automation projects
- Experience with application development, automation, and AI exposure (practical or theoretical)
- Proficiency in REST API integration and architectural knowledge for enterprise systems
- Familiarity with open-source tools and agentic apps development; Google Agent Force experience preferred
- Basic coding knowledge in one or more programming languages (Java, .NET, Python, C++, CSS)
- Experience with no-code platforms such as UiPath, OutSystems, or Workato acceptable
- Strong communication skills for client interaction and stakeholder engagement
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new platforms and technologies
- Additional preferred: Product development or project management experience, Scrum Master/management experience, cloud knowledge (AWS), AI/ML project experience
