The manager oversees the creation, enhancement, and governance of financial models used for valuations, scenario analysis, and M&A assessments, ensuring consistency with corporate standards. Responsibilities span portfolio-level strategy support, including annual valuations, performance benchmarking, hold/sell reviews, value-creation initiatives, and capital optimization. The role acts as a central interface with Business Development, Asset Management, Strategy, and Corporate Finance while mentoring analysts, maintaining department processes, and upholding governance and approval frameworks. It requires strong financial rigor, commercial acumen, and the ability to present complex economics clearly to senior stakeholders.
