The Contracts Manager at Masdar, based in Saudi Arabia, is responsible for managing all contract activities and ensuring high standards of contractual compliance across renewable energy projects. The role involves negotiating terms and conditions with vendors, drafting contracts in line with Masdar’s requirements, supporting project teams with day-to-day contract administration, and handling variations, claims, and contractual notices. The position requires monitoring vendor performance, overseeing project documentation, and ensuring contracts are closed in accordance with company procedures. The ideal candidate will have at least 6–8 years of experience in construction or energy sectors, with expertise in contract management and administration. Familiarity with renewable energy contract agreements is considered an asset. The Contracts Manager plays a key role in safeguarding Masdar’s interests while ensuring compliance with internal governance and documentation standards.
